Refund policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days have passed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or receipt.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at hideawaymelon@gmail.com. Returns can be sent to our US shipping address, returned in person to our office, or brought to a convention we are attending.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. The fastest way to process an exchange is to request a return for your original item, and once approved, place a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot process exchange requests submitted after the 30-day window.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under standard condition rules.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times vary by bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at hideawaymelon@gmail.com.
